Faceache help pls

Postby Workingman » 02 Mar 2017, 14:03

I cannot get in. I tried yesterday evening and was told that I had used an old password! I always use the same password.

Then I got an email telling me that someone using Opera had tried to enter my account. It was me... I always use Opera.

Next thing I get an e-mail for a password reset. So that is what I did. Still will not let me in. This has gone on all morning and all I get is e-mails with password codes.... "That you can change in your account"

Well I cannot change them in my account because none of the codes work and I cannot get in to perform any changes.

Any ideas, anyone? Thanks.

gosh, no idea

have you tried logging in using explorer or chrome to see if that then works to set your password and then try again with Opera? That's the only thing I could think of to do?

I tried those things, Ria, still no joy.

The last time I tried to reset my password, just before the op, the system told me everything was fine. I even got a text confirming it, but when I tried to login it told me that my new password (two mins old) was an old password and to change it..... this is the circle I am following!!!

No silly at all, but I turned off last night and booted up again this morning and the problem persists.

Can't help either, sorry.

Could you not start from scratch, as in a new name, e-mail etc?
