I'll never forget many years back swimming in our pool back in SA and diving down to pick up leaves that were at the bottom and ended up with the hugest (thankfully dead!) spider in my hand instead...

Did I scream!!!!

Needless to say, I always used the net after that

Ton, what's the water temperature. Cannot wait for May and have a dip :D

Don't know Ria - I'll have to get one of thingies that tell you. I'll see if Nelson has one when we go into Ourique later.

You are all welcome to our pool at any time.... or as we call it: "The big puddle by the roundabout."

It is kept topped up almost daily at this time of year and is kept clean by cars washing the top off to go down the drains, the ones that are not blocked. :P
