Just to let my pals know I Saw a consultant neurologist on Thursday and was told I have early onset Parkinsons.

A bit of a bummer and I half expected it but still not what I wanted to hear.

I intend to carry on regardless tho and just be my usual cheeky self hehe.

Oh Manxie I am so sorry, horrid news.

I've had a bit of experience of it, an aunt had it for many years, and a family member has it now, also diagnosed when early-onset.
That was about about 5 years ago now,and she is very well, still driving, going to aquaerobics etc; the drugs now are amazingly good.
You already have problems I know, but let's hope this will just be a little nuisance (((x)))

I'm sure with medical help you will soon be able to be your usual chatty self take care xx

Sad news, Manxie, very sad, but as Di and Saundra have said today's medications are working wonders.
