I'm off for a yompette shortly then back to get ready to meet a friend in Tiede for coffee and cake.

Work 4 - 9 then meeting Don for a couple of beers and tapas to welcome the oncoming weekend.

The washing is on the line and I'm off out with Billy in a minute, we walked for 90 minutes yesterday afternoon and despite it being so lovely out we didn't see another person (or dog).

A lot more rain last night and more to come today But at the moment, it's lovely and warm, with blue sky and fluffy white clouds

Today is in law day I've just got to vac and mop the floors and then it's just a waiting game I asked her to text when they leave the IC1, which gives about 6 minutes to get to the bar. I'll text when we leave she said. Fine, I thought - but where are you????? Somewhere in the Algarve, presumably

So we'll see what the day brings.

Well as said it's lovely and sunny here, bit nippy yet but hopefully it will warm up, like yesterday Got some ironing to do, then will get out for a walk, either up to Sainsbury's or up to see D. Pilates tonight

It's dry and sunny here. Let's hope it lasts.

I had a back tooth extracted yesterday - one of the best dental experiences I've ever had.
Things have certainly changed since my earlier experiences of dentistry, but I'm watching
what I try to eat for a day or two, and taking things easy.

Hope you are all feeling fine.

Very true, Aggers. Hope you're not in too much discomfort .... yes I remember the mask for the laughing gas, Saundra and also the aquarium in reception to keep you calm!

For my part, first day of feeling relatively human after what we think was a debilitating sickness / tummy bug. The worst of it was a pretty intense lumbar pain; couldn't sleep, couldn't get comfy ....

Still, the upside is I've lost 4 lbs in weight!!
