Another version of chicken curry, but a healthy one..... I am having it with wild rice that has been tamed.

We had a caramelised onion and cheese quiche from the freezer, jacket potato and minted peas, with fresh mint from the garden

John had grilled cheese jacket potatoes, I had a salad and Joe didn't want anything.
