A big dollop of a coleslaw variation with celery, sultanas and sour apple, a couple of cherry tomatoes, radishes and smoked mackerel fillets all washed down with a large glass of soda and lime.

We need normal, after all the rich food for the last 3 nights, so it's burgers, chips, baked beans and egg

We shared a pack of 4 reduced-price because nearly-out-of-date beef-burgers, a tin of reduced-sugar baked beans, and some rather wilting lettuce ......
