The Jollof rice & chicken was a culinary masterpiece. :lol: :lol:

I used the BBC good food recipe and aubergine instead of okra.

Will definitely be making it again very soon. :D :D

was meant to ask, how spicy was it or could one add a bit more than the one scotch bonnet?

This is where Nigel Slater comes in.... if he only has one Scotch bonnet and wants it spicier but only has a few Thai bird chilies and an ageing jalapeno then in they go. :lol: :lol: :lol:
