The Jollof rice & chicken was a culinary masterpiece.
I used the BBC good food recipe and aubergine instead of okra.
Will definitely be making it again very soon.

was meant to ask, how spicy was it or could one add a bit more than the one scotch bonnet?

This is where Nigel Slater comes in.... if he only has one Scotch bonnet and wants it spicier but only has a few Thai bird chilies and an ageing jalapeno then in they go.
