Is a Rick Stein recipe, spaghetti carbonara

Not creamy, just garlicky - not made it before, so looking forward to it :D

Just a tin of vegetable soup and a paysan rustique pain (otherwise known as a brown bun :D ) with a bit of cheese on it.

Nothing much coz we went out for lunch at a lovely countryside pub called the Museum Inn at Farnham. Mrs O had the chargrilled aubergines and I had a Ploughmans. And very nice they both were, too!
