Up early to take Jacob to the airport - he's been over for 16 days that have just whizzed by!

He's off to India tomorrow..it's a work/holiday thing.

I plan to be a lazy Lulu by the pool with my book.

Rather warm and getting warmer for the next 4 days, then we get a respite from the heat

Not doing a lot today, it will be too hot to sit outside, and I've already shut all the windows and shutters Will be in and out of the pool though

Grumpy had a not so good day yesterday and he's feeling the heat, so I keep putting his feet in a bowl of cold water and I'll get the big fan back up from the store room, so circulate the rather warm air

It's chilly here, but much brighter than yesterday, which is very welcome! Off shortly to get the papers and have a cuppa, then home for a lazy afternoon! Becky is going out for lunch and the cinema so it's just us - and the dogs

Back from our break in the Dales! Twas lovely, but it's always nice to be sleeping in your own bed again. Our son was best man at a wedding on Friday and had a lovely time. so nice when all your friends are together and enjoying themselves.

Yes, get a bargain or two Aggers and I hope you and Mick have a lovely relaxing day Kaz.

Morning all, it is mostly cloudy here but bright and dry....for the moment. We had Michael and Kellie overnight and SIL's sister will be collecting them in about half an hour as we are going out later - a nice outing, lunch followed by an afternoon of sequence dancing and finished off with tea and sandwiches. It's about an hour's drive so we will leave about 12.30pm.
