I'm off to town soon for an early eye appointment - bound to need new glasses as I've definitely noticed a change in my vision since the last test Then to the bank, hopefully this time to change those address details Passport - check! Bill with my name on - check! Brain in gear - check!

It's a lovely sunny morning here and I'll be off for my morning walk to get a paper soon.

Good Morning on this warm, sunny day in the garden of england.
Life does get boring when you are old.
The highlight of my day will be to take a sample round to the Docs.
For a bit of excitement i will go to M&S and get a £10 meal deal.

Usual work day for me and then meeting up with friends for dinner tonight. Have the day off tomorrow - yippeee. Boiler is being serviced so I need to be home as it'll be anytime between 8am and 6pm. Thankfully they usually phone about 1/2 hour before they're due to turn up so at least I can pop out to the allotment whilst I'm waiting - it's only a 2 min drive away.

Hope I'm on the mend son is doing quite well now he's a man with a van he's taking a bramble hedge out today for a letting agency so is picking blackberries first grandson is helping he's 12and gets paid £1'00 hr tax free hope you all have a good day by for now

Bright and sunny here

Weekly shopping day for us, will be interesting to see how my hip stands up to all the walking, been taking it very easy since Saturday.

Good morning all, it's a sunny one here for a change.

I walked Billy first thing. We bumped into an elderly man we stop and talk to who goes for a walk every morning. We hadn't seen him for a while as we've been either going much earlier or have been going in a different direction due to the smashed beer bottles in one part of the woods. He said he'd missed our morning chats, bless him. Funnily enough, when I got off the bus the other day I saw another gentleman who walks his dog, he also has a 'Billy' and he laughs at the confusion when both get called. We hadn't seen him for weeks either and as soon as he saw me he said "Oooh I was only thinking this morning that I hadn't seen you for a while!" I think I can count myself as a regular walker seeing as people notice when I'm not around

Since coming back I've made a tray of brownies and two trays of choc chip shortbread, all for John, the lads and Shannon to take camping.
