Good morning. :D

A nice hot. 8-) 8-)

Last morning at work...great news yesterday as my Mon/Wed students passed their mock exams so I'm hoping today's lot will be the same. We're doing a speaking practice and a listening. :D

Finish at 1pm then I'm meeting David for a spot of lunch...he's off to Norway (Oslo) tomorrow for 2 days!!

Looking forward to staying in tonight and catching up with some TV. :D :D

Have a great day everyone.

Morning all :D

Really enjoyed Borough Market yesterday, I can see why locals would want to shop there. We managed to find a little coffee shop so I got a sit down. Afterwards we visited Westminster Abbey, they loved it. In the evening we had dinner at a Thai restaurant just round the corner and my brother Ivan popped over from Wimbledon to join us. It's the first time the three of us have been together. He walked back to the hotel afterwards and we sat chatting until almost midnight, a lovely evening.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all.

It's bright and sunny here, but that's not how I feel. The morning pains in my legs are getting worse and
taking longer to fade. Another four days until I see my doctor, and I can't take any pain killers as they
interfere we my Warfarin medication. No doubt I will be able to take my usual morning walk soon, as I
don't want to give that up.

Hope you all feel better than me !

Morning everyone

A lovely cool morning, but hotting up by the minute 8-)

Hope the aches don't stop you Aggers x As long as they do disappear, that's good.

Well done to your students Ally :Hi: :Hi:

More weeding for me, then a swim, then we're off to Aljustrel for Grumpy to have an ecg and 24 hour heart monitor sorted.

Depending on the time we get near home, we'll either go to the Palma for dinner or have a pit-stop at the bar and then eat at home.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Ally that's great! Well done to students and teacher alike!! :D

Good luck to Grumpy xx

Morning Saundra, hope you get all your bits and bobs done :) xx

Jen what a lovely day! So pleased for you :D

Aggers, that sounds horrid, I hope the doctor can sort it out for you promptly ((x))

Sunny but nippy here! Have just done a bit of cleaning, am about to run round with the hoover, and then take a walk into town, then up to see D! That should get my daily steps sorted ;) I might be apple picking as I know D wants her apple trees stripped before they litter the garden ;)

Pilates tonight, after a four week break! Bound to feel a bit stiff, but it will be good to get back to it :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all ,it started off as a beautiful day but now the sky is dark grey and it looks as if there will be rain shortly.
I am quite excited as I have an old school friend coming around this afternoon. It will be lovely to revert to being 11year old girls for a while. She has been visiting regularly upto my latest illness, and it's only now I feel able to have a visit again.
Have a good day everyone. xx

Well, I went for a walk to get my daily paper, and the walking seemed to be of some help.
It's now quite bearable, but the first few hours of every day are quite horrible. It's lying in
bed that brings it all on, for some reason. Thanks for all your kind remarks.

Afternoon all, mostly sunny here, although I thought there was going to be a shower when I was going to collect Kellie from playschool, but it didn't happen. Apparently she wasn't so keen to go in this morning, but came out very happy. Michael is back at school too so Mr Osc will collect him at 2.30pm. I got the ironing finished this morning, we have a day with friends tomorrow so it's good to have it out of the way.
