Done with the recipe Kaz had in Wales, honey, garlic, balsamic vinegar.

I'm also steaming potatoes and broccoli and we're having some broad beans from the garden

Smothered in olive oil

And maybe ice cream for afters

We're having sausages for brekkie

Have to be in Aljustrel for 9.00, so that means about 10.00 before we get back to Ourique, so will pop in and do the weekly beer run, buy a cooked chicken for dinner and 4 of their gert lush bangers for brekkie, to have in a roll. Will still be warm by th time we get home

Oh, and the reason for the cooked chicken is that I'm going to try and see the one and only English speaking doctor in our local centro de saude. He has a free for all clinic on Wednesday afternoons.

I've been told if I get there about 5.30, I should be seen about 7.00

Or I can get there at 1.00 and see who is before me - the clinic starts at 2.00.
