Morning :)
It's horrible, cold and dark and wet.

Your day sounds good Ally, can we swap, I'd even half-run for some sunshine - two weeks today though :Hi:

We watched a terrific film last night, the Beatles, A hard day's night, the touring years. All live footage and interviews. I was only little when they started, didn't realise quite how extreme Beatlemania was, never been anything else like it.

I'll be off to craft, with my brand new watercolour pencils :)
Hope you all have a good day
x

Morning all

Kaz & Di, shift up on that starting line; I'll run for some sunshine as well. But then saying that - this time next week we (two friends and I) should be about to touch down in Dalaman, Turkey. We've hired a lovely villa in a village called Kalkan - so so cannot wait.

Today is a really dull and dreary day; so dark this morning :( This weekend I'll be harvesting what what little veg there is left to harvest . The outdoor tomatoes got hit by blight so I think I've lost them all :( And given I'm not here the week after next I may as well look at cleaning up the veggie area. I've got lots of chilli that I'll be drying to make chilli flakes again - they're always good.

Well have a lovely day everyone xx

Good morning all, it's a dull one here but at least we haven't had the heavy rain that was forecast for earlier. Well, we haven't had it yet anyway...

Billy's had his walk, I'm now doing some cleaning and then after lunch I'll make a slow cooker chilli for dinner. Tom's back tonight after work.

Di, that film sounds good, sounds like something we'd enjoy. We watched a documentary about Laurel and Hardy last night. Think it might have been in Sky Arts but I'm not sure. I'd seen it before but didn't mind watching it again.

Something we've been binge watching is Life In Pieces on Amazon Prime. I had it recommended to me and the first episode was a bit slow but it's got funnier as the series as gone on.

Have a good day all!

It's on Amazon prime Jo :)

Been to craft, had a lovely time :)

Forgot to say, we're going out tonight :)
Eldest's Graduation present, taking him out for a posh dinner, will do a link when I'm on the pc.
Will cost a fair bit, but should be lovely.

When he started uni, child support stopped, but Bb carried on paying, but direct to him. We've given him a couple of months extra but will be stopping now. S agrees it's time he was on his own, and we've made it clear he can come to either of us if he's stuck.
