Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 18 Sep 2017, 06:02

Good morning. :D

Still hitting the 30's which I'm assured mum & dad are enjoying! 8-) 8-)

Going for a quick run, will have a swim then get ready to pick the parentals up. Mum wants to go to Iceland freezer shop in Mijas Costa. Dad enjoys the scenery getting there.

Have a great day everyone.

ETA - running back through town just now I saw a few gloomy looking students. It's back to school today!

Morning Ally and everyone

Lovely sunshine this morning and no wind 8-) 8-) 8-)

Done the watering, one machine load out, another on the go, now having a coffee, then it's back to the weeding. Grumpy is going to give me a hand, so might just finish the complete drive this morning :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Then I'm not sure, we'll see what the day brings :D :D :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Enjoy having your parents Ally, the sunshine must be doing them the world of good :D

Hope you get the drive weeded Jan :)

Really tired this morning, Mick got a callout so was at his desk in the small hours, and I was awake for ages! Needed a good sleep after the zumba yesterday  Weight watchers this morning though so it's onwards and upwards!

Just seen where I grew up on the BBC news! Stanwell near Heathrow has been named linked with the Parsons Green bomber

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all. Well for a few days I too can say "hot hot hot'. Absolutley enjoying it, a fantastic villa, lovely pool and fab friends. So relaxing.... we're all doing very little more than snoozing, reading and relaxing.

Kaz, can you try have an afternoon nap?

Hope you all have a lovely day, I know I will :-D

Good morning all.

It's a lovely sunny morning here. I'm having a quiet day, and going to the Doctors at mid-day
to have my blood coagulation checked. I've been going twice a week lately, and it's still not
what it should be, and I'm still having a lot of pain in my legs. It does get one down a little..

That's enough of my moaning. I hope you are all feeling well, and have a pleasant day.

Good morning all, it's sunny here after a very foggy start.

The washing from yesterday is out drying, John quickly had to run out and get it in just after lunch when yet again the weather forecast was wrong and it started pouring down. That lasted for much of the day. At one point it was so bad that Sky lost the signal. Thankfully it had been kind enough to hold on until 5 minutes after the final whistle at Old Trafford. There'd have been panic stations if it'd gone off before full time!

Feeling slightly better today, I've taken Billy for a walk around the block. First time I've taken him out since Thursday. I've still not got my appetite back though. I must be on the mend though because I'm looking around and thinking "Hmm...could do with hoovering"

Glad you're having a good time Ria!

Aggers, really hope that you can find a solution to the painful legs soon.

Kaz, take it very easy today.

Have a good day all.

Good morning all - decidedly Autumnal here in the Vale.

Nothing like having an orchestrated shop at Waitrose, arriving at the checkout beaming with your £3 off £30 spend voucher in your grubby little hand ..... and finding you've amassed the grand total of £29.97, is there? :o
Cue emergency purchase of batteries from the end of the till which I don't really need. It was that or toothpaste ... :D

Enjoy your day, everyone!

Afternoon :)
Rather a nice day here, comes a quite a shock :D

Glad to hear Ria and Ally's parents are happily hot :)
Glad you're feeling better Jo, don't overdo it x
Aggers I do hope they get better soon, pain really drags you down x
Sod's law eh Kaz, just when you could really do with the sleep x
Speaking of which, I was up but one of Bb's bosses had the cheek to phone at 7.50 this morning  We ignored it

I was out to yoga this morning, then a bit of shopping.

We've just counted our euros. We had a fair bit left from May, and changed some a couple of months ago when the rates were a bit better, and we reckon that's plenty, including paying for the apartment :D
So our current cash stash isn't needed - so we're already ahead for the next holiday :Hi:
