Good morning.

I had a gorgeous day with my folks yesterday...mum just looked so happy all day. Conor came over, Jacob & Craig rang her and they also sent flowers via Interflora. I'd made a cake and when I took them home at tea time mum said it was the best birthday she'd ever had. And thanks for all the good wishes from VV. xx

Forecast hot and sunny again so I'll go for a swim then methinks I'll just chill out for the day. A book will be involved...as will some of the jellybeans that I have a huge jar of!

We had a very overcast muggy day yesterday but today promises to be gloriously hot.... so a day in the pool and lounging in the shade is the plan for today.

I saw the pic of those jelly beans, it makes my little tubes look rather pathetic, but then we do fly Ryanair

Kaz I shall be glad when we're back from holiday and I can stop pretending it's summer and get the proper clothes out!

I have to go into town, do some wrapping for a certain person's birthday, and some ironing.

Supermarket shopping soon, then back for breakfast, then back to Ourique to collect some blocks Grumpy needs for the new store-room. No point having them delivered, they'll fit in the car.

Good morning all, it's a dull one here.

Me and Joe got back from the hospital at 10. John dropped us off on his way to work and we were waiting in outpatients at 8.20 for them to start doing bloods at 8.30. There was only one man in front of Joe so we were out by 8.40. We walked into Stafford as the buses back home from the hospital don't start running until later, did some shopping in Asda, had a look in Primark and then got the bus home.

We've both just had a slice of granary toast and Tassimo Costa coffee and now I'm having a sit down before taking Billy out later.

Ally, your mom's birthday sounds perfect!

Been up for a while honest, just had a bit of a problem in the bathroom, the water wouldn't run away in the shower. Hopefully all sorted now, but will look for some drain cleaner to be on the safe side.
