I'm off for a run shortly then back to get ready to meet a work chum for coffee in the plaza.

I'm then going over to the parentals to spend a few hours with them.

Popping out with Don early doors for a couple of beers and will bring a takeaway campero home for dinner.

Having a warming coffee before I carry on with the weeding. Grumpy carrying on with roof putting upping

Off to Aljustrel for a heart scan later - will be able to see it - then to the Palma for dinner. will be popping into the bar on our way hoe, as it's a friends birthday and she's having a few drinks. No doubt the witch will be there, cadging as many drinks as she can

Well it's raining here Truly autumnal here now! Meeting my friend A in the Quays this morning for a cuppa and a chat She's just got home from Sardinia, so will be brown as a berry

Then popping in to see D afterwards, as we ordered a garden cover for her and it arrived yesterday. Mick ordered it, and forgot to change the delivery option to D's address It's to go over a bush that my in-laws bought for her, that won't take winter frosts It's not heavy at all, so will take it with me

Pilates tonight, need to remember to draw out some cash, to pay for the next block of 6 classes, as she doesn't have a card machine. £35 for six classes is reasonable I think

That's what I do with aquafit Kaz, pay for 10 lessons at once, £30 ours are but then classes are only 45 minutes.

Off there shortly, then haircut and weekly shopping. Out with my sister and Jen at the quiz last night but didn't even get placed
