Morning all :)

Looking like a bright day here today. Woke to the news about Monarch Airlines going into administration, leaving people stranded! :? We are going with EasyJet on Thursday, so we're ok, but I feel really sorry for anyone having their plans ruined :( I can see the price of flights and holidays shooting up, what with this, and the Ryanair stuff :?

Usual Monday for me, Weightwatchers this morning. Home to more ironing later. Zumba tonight.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning everyone

Gorgeous morning 8-)

Off to Ourique later, to pick up more roof tiles and we'll pop into the Chinese and get some plates etc for Sunday. I gave a load of extra stuff away before we moved, now need it

Glad you're not affected Kaz, but our friends Dave and Hazel always (well, always used to ;) ) fly Monarch.

We're in for a heatwave for the next few days :D :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you0re doing xx

Good morning all, it's sunny and very breezy here - perfect for the line of washing I've just hung out.

John's off work today, he's got something like 15 days holiday still to take before the end of the year, so we're off to the Black Country Living Museum shortly. We've got an annual pass as it's a lovely local place to visit and the fish and chips from the 1930s chippy are the best I've ever had around here. That's lunch sorted :D

Kaz, I thought of you when I heard the news. So relieved you're not affected but it's awful for people who are. Local radio were at Birmingham Airport this morning, there were people who'd turned up to go on holiday not knowing what had happened.

Have a good day all :D

I'm glad your holiday is OK Kaz, such a rotten shame for those people whose holiday has been ruined.

Bright and breezy here too Jo, but I can see a big bank of grey cloud piling up in the west. MrsC and her sister have gone shopping to the fleshpots of Castleford (Cas Vegas!) so I'm at a loose end, which I don't actually mind at all.

Wish we were in for a heatwave Jan! Have a good one everybody.

Morning all. :D :D

Had the most faberoony weekend. I don't think I've stopped since Friday morning.

I've been for a run, had a swim and am now enjoying pootle time at home before work 6 - 9.

Have a great day everyone.

We use(d) Monarch airline alot - in fact, we would have booked with them for December but their arrival time back to Malaga would have meant I would have been late for work so we opted for Ryanair.

I've always liked Monarch too. :?
