I texted my friend Claire yesterday to ask her what she wanted for her special birthday and didn't hear back. So I texted her again when I got up and thought, oh I bet they are on their holiday for her 60th to Las Vegas. She was going with her husband, her daughter (who is my God daughter) and her fiancé, when when I came online I panicked. Mid morning I had a text from her husband that said "we are in Vegas, we are currently in a basement under armed guard. Clare and I ran for our lives but got separated from Jake and Hannah, but finally heard they are in a basement 6 doors up also under armed guard. Vegas is in lockdown, we will keep you posted'. You know that saying 'my blood ran cold' well mine really did.

Not surprised Mm, we all know it's terrible but a whole different level when it becomes personal.

I know Cromwell that was what I was thinking. They have been to Vegas twice before though, so at least they have some good memories
