Morning Ally, morning all :)
Lovely one here, sunny day forecast, very chilly!

It's a busy one, Bb's off to get the train to London in a minute, I'm having a coffee then will walk Minnie, then shower and out to our first art session since May.

Have to think of something for dinner too I guess...
Hope you all have a good day
x

Morning Ally, Di and everyone

A lovely morning here too - sadly no pool, but I put the cover on before we came away, so should be great for when we get back.

Not sure where we'll be going today but will definately be going back to the restaurant we ate in last night. Superb food, although rather a lot of it. ;)

Also try and find some clothes for me to wear.

Safe journey to Bb, have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning you three, morning all

Di, it is such a beautiful morning isn't it - lovely sunshine making the trees glow a lovely golden colour. I do love these crisp bright autumn (and winter) mornings
Ally, enjoy the pool while you can; how warm is the water?
Jan, good luck with the clothes shopping - I'm still having a quiet chuckle at you :D . Glad you had a lovely dinner yesterdayx
Hope Bb has a good day in London today

Another usual / usual for me; but may pop by Sainsbury on my way home to pick up food for tomorrow (may or may not have friends coming round). If I go tonight it'll save me having to head out tomorrow and I think I'd quite like a lazy day at home

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all :) We had a very smooth journey here, no queues at the airport, thanks to the new bag drop machines, very speedy flight with the wind behind us :)

The hotel is gorgeous ( pics on Facebook) our room is spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the big :pools. Outside our room is a small pool and water flume for the three rooms where we are! Think we got a bargain here ;) Just lazing around the pool and pool bar today, getting some sun, might venture further tomorrow. Or we might not

Love to all. The wifi dips in and out here, so posting quickly! xxx

Morning all, bright here but chilly. I am off to the gym shortly, got bits and pieces to do this afternoon, then dancing tonight.

Kaz, those new bag drop machines are good, aren't they!

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Lovely photo's on Fb Kaz, looks like you're in for a great time.

Had a letter from the GP yesterday telling me to make an appointment with orthopaedics at the hospital which I've done, will be going there on 25th Oct. All very well but no mention of the MRI results, it helps if you know what you're going to discuss. Rang the surgery and was told they'd tried to ring twice and had left a message on the answer phone nearly two weeks ago. I've had no calls and no messages, it turns out they used the wrong number!!!! We've been at this address for over 2yrs and I sat in the reception and did change of details cards when we moved here. The stupid thing is they do have the correct mobile so why on earth they didn't try that is anyone's guess. The receptionist still wouldn't give me the results so I now have to wait until next Tues to actually see the doctor, why on earth he can't just ring me as originally intended I don't know. Hopping mad is a good description right now, more time wasted

Have a good day :D

Good morning all, it's beautiful although slightly chilly here.

John's off due to Joe's appointment so we took Billy for a long walk on the Chase and ended up at the cafe by the visitors centre. I had a pack of two shortbread while John had a ginormous slice of freshly baked carrot cake.

He's just gone to pick Joe up from college. The plan was that he was going to get out a bit earlier and we'd pick him up from Stafford but they now haven't got a class this afternoon so at least he's not missing anything.

Kaz, it all sounds wonderful! I'm intrigued by these bag drops - there was nothing like that in T3 at Heathrow last year.

Jen, that's awful!

Have a good day all!

Jen what a disgrace! :(

Jo they're a bit like self service at the supermarket! Scan your boarding pass, put your case on the scale, it prints the luggage tag you attach it and your bag sails away! Loads of them so no queues at all! :D
