Grumpy is going to do some roof tiling today, I have a huuuuge stack of ironing this morning, then collect blood results this afternoon and see the doc.

I'll do the supermarket shopping on the way home.

Good luck to those waiting on results. A dull and windy day here. In a while I will be taking sister-in-laws old easy chairs to the tip. I've been there so often recently they should give me my own parking space.

It's been a lovely week, I think 10 days would be great, might get bored with a fortnight unless we planned a lot of trips.

Di - sods law this weekend is meant to be great and next weekend miserable. I'm away all this weekend visiting friends but have SOOOOOOO much to do in the garden that I just can't do when it's wet. I find this time of year incredibly frustrating.
Crommers, said it before and will say it again - what would your family do without you. Seems you do absolutely everything for everyone; hope you get something back in return? I know that's now why you do it, but still....

Usual work day for me then off to a friends for dinner; turkey meat balls in tomato sauce. Some of you may have seen the picture I put on FB the other day of my last batch of tomatoes? Well after she told me what she was thinking of making I dropped the tomatoes round to her so she's used them to make her own tomato sauce. So win win

Good morning all, it's grey and very windy here although quite mild. There was the most beautiful red sunrise when I was out with Billy though.

Cleaning cleaning cleaning this morning before the Harbinger of Doom arrives at 2pm (on the dot! How she manages to drive that far and be so punctual I'll never know!). I also need to pop out at some point and get some wool for the blanket I'm crocheting, I can't go any further with it until I get some. I did get a red but it's a bit bright so I'll look for a more muted red.

John's in Sunderland so I'm hoping that he won't be too late back!

Kaz, that's flown by! It's all sounded really lovely though.
