Grumpy is having herring - tinned which he has to open himself and then rinse out with steamed potatoes, cauli, brocolli and green beans.

I'm having pasta, with a gert lush cheese, onion and presunto sauce

I will, no doubt, make far too much, so will finish it off either later or tomorrow, for breakfast
