Good morning.

Up at silly o'clock as the car is having its ITV at 7.23am!

We had a bit of very welcome rain yesterday and more is due today. Still warm though which is nice.

Busy day so off I go.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning all :)
Dark and murky with the foghorn going.

Busy busy here too!
Craft at 9, straight to the pharmacy for my flu jab (been convinced I must have it), then home for a lunchtime phone appt with my gp.

Hope everyone has a good day

Good Morning on a murky, warm day.
Another early bird as the social services lady is coming to assess Don`s needs
and see if there is any chance of helping us with a walk in shower as he is
finding it so difficult to get in and out of the bath (me too if i am honest :( )
I expect she will just suggest extra grab rails being fitted. Still we can hope.
If she cannot help we will have to find the money somewhere to get it done.
Booked our flu jabs for Saturday morning. I usually back out at the last minute
as i am a coward but Don always has his without any side effects.
Fingers crossed for us please.

Morning everyone

Dull, grey and damp here. Might have some more wet stuff :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Good luck with the flu jabs, Grumpy will have to wait for his as the clinic ran out   He can pay for it at the chemist though, but he's being a coward too

Off to Ourique later to pay for the new roof - brilliant it is, kept all that rain off the car :D :D

Plan d for the doc. I'm going to cancel tomorrows appointment and then camp out next Wednesday.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all. My day started around 5:30 when Maggie whimpered to be let out for a wee. She is 9 weeks old and I've just put photos on the pets board.

It's like a newborn but better and worse. Better as I'm getting more sleep but worse as she requires my energy to play with her to wear them out before she crashes and is never where I left her. Lol. Still she's fitting in really well and is learning the basics well.
I've been vaguely aware of some weather over your way. Hope all are ok. And we finally have a government decided a month after the election. Looks like it's labour/nz first/greens coalition.

Lissie, hope you get the shower.

Good morning everybody,
Dull and colder than it has been.
Off to the dentist for the six monthly check.
Had planned to go on the bus but it has been mentioned on the local news that some of the buses are on strike. So will be going in the car.
Then will be doing some shopping.
Up early tomorrow as I am going to give a blood sample. Have to fast and will get to the clinic early as there is only a small car park.
Have a good day everybody

Good morning all, it's misty and just starting to rain here. Me and the furry boy are just back from a long walk though so it can rain all it likes now

Cleaning to do today and I want to crochet some more of the throw I've started. Joe's in college this afternoon and then he's off for a week. Half term has come around very quickly!

I had my flu jab about a month ago, as did the boys. As usual, the only effect we all felt was aching arms.

 7.23 Ally? My flu jab appointment was for 1.02pm

Have a lovely day all :D

Yes Saundra he got them last week and is still getting used to them.
I looked online and to buy the model he has it would cost £3000!!!!!!
He certainly gets his moneys worth from NHS but on the other hand
he paid his dues all his working life!!
