After a walk we're going over to have lunch with my folks.

Quite chilly at the moment, but hotting up to another hot day later

I had planned to go to the clinic for 12.00 and camp out until I get to see the doc, but was told last night that he is sometimes there on a Saturday morning, without appointments, so I'll find out first, then decide.

Will do the supermarket shopping on the way back and hopefully see Joao Luis, so I can pay him.

Sun has just come up over the hills and trees - lovely

Too early to tell what the weather's going to be like, but at least it's dry at the moment.

Getting ready for my hospital appointment, it's not until 10.15am but it takes me some time to get going in the morning. Feeling a bit nervous, worried he will want to pull me about a bit.

No other plans for today, will see how I feel later.

Dull and murky here, haven't caught the forecast yet.

Lots of h-word to get through today. Bb is here this morning, he will help.
Important decisions to make, like what's for dinner...there are chicken fillets in the freezer, will probably get a couple out and work out what to do with them later

Mixed bag weather wise hereabouts. It has rained overnight now we have grey clouds with a blue sky peeping through. MrsC and her sister are taking their dad shopping. He gets so well looked after he'll live to be 150. Son has gone to meet a friend for breakfast and I'm off to buy some undercoat. He a good day one and all.
