Thinking of you today Ally, and Don and Joanie (((((((((x)))))))) Safe trip xxxxxxx

Morning all, it's a very sunny and frosty morning here. I reckon my cold has abated enough to go to WW, I think I'm past being contagious and we are one helper down already as she's gone to Belize on holiday. No zumba tonight though, think I'll take it easy ;)

Love to everyone xxxx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Gorgeous morning here too 8-)

Safe journey Ally, sending over much love and hugs for you all xx

General pootling again today. Inside, I'll whizz through the domestic goddess bit and outside, it'll be a bit more gardening. I moved a load of plants the other day, as the ground was so wet and noticed that some of the plants on the bank aren't doing too well, so will trim them back and generally feed 'em up :D :D

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

Morning :)
Sunny and frosty, cars being scraped.

Yoga early this morning, then coffee followed by hospital for bloods.
Last night was lovely, we were on a table by their huge fireplace. The food was excellent, live music good and not too intrusive.
We'd recorded Strictly results so they all came back here to watch. Minnie was thrilled :)

Thinking of you all Ally xx

Good Morning all---tis cold!!!
The pain in my chest is going at last. I did`nt need any pain killers yesterday.
Must make appointment to see Doctor about all the results at the hospital.
Taking Don to Canterbury to pick up his new glasses. His cataract ops have given him
really good sight in both eyes.
Best wishes and safe journey Ally and Don.
Have a good day :D :D :D

Safe journey Ally, my love and thoughts are with you xx

Good morning all, sunny and frosty here too. It's beautiful!

I'm just back from a walk with Billy, there's housework to do today and some ironing too if yesterday's washing ever dries.

Glad you're feeling better Kaz! How's D now?

Hope you're not waiting long for the bloods Di!

Have a good day all!

Morning all

Lissie, fab news re Don's eyes - you both must be so pleased
Kaz, giving Zumba miss isn't a bad idea - make sure you're 100% better before you go
Di, good luck for the bloods
Jo and Jan, enjoy your respective days pootling

Ally, continued thoughts for you and Don, safe travels and big ((hugs)) x

Busy morning here but now back to normal which is much nicer. This evening I'm visiting a friend for a quick catch-up. Not sure what is planned and I didn't want to ask - it's the friend I couldn't go visit last time as I had a bit of the sniffles and she's undergoing chemo; so we're meeting up this evening. I'll have a bottle of wine with me just in case ..

have a lovely day all x

Good morning all.

Safe journey Ally.

I've been trying on and off all morning to get through to Vocal Voices without getting here. B.T.'s fault, I expect .

It's sunny here but rather cold. I've been two good walks though. Glad my legs are in working order again.

Hope you all have a lovely day.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Safe flight Ally, thinking of you all xxx

Good luck with the bloods Di.

Was planning to go out today but had a dreadful night, excruciating stabbing pains all down my leg. Still feeling rather delicate so will probably stay in and take it easy.

Have a good day :D

jenniren - sorry to hear about your leg pains. I know how horrible they can be.
I would certainly advise you to see your doctor if they persist. If they turn out
to be muscular, I would certainly recommend a visit to an Osteopath, as I had
agonising pains in my thigh muscles, which were cured by a few visits to one.
If these pains persist they can certainly get you down.
