Good morning.

Forecast sunny and nice again. 8-) 8-)

It's Día de la Constitución so a national holiday. :x :x

Going out this afternoon for a walk round town with Don to have a look at the decorations then into Gambrinus for a couple of beers and a bite to eat. :)

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally and everyone

Gorgeous morning again, but another thick frost  Very early for us - think we've missed the November and December weather and gone straight to January :o

Offto Castro verde later, for the market, as we want to get some veggies in - rather late, as they should be in by now, but the weather has been against us, so far. Grumpy is going to drive - for the first time since his accident, so I promise not to gasp, draw breath, brake suddenly or mutter under my breath, or indeed, make any comment whatsoever about his driving

We won't put the plants in the garden until the week-end, when the frosts should stop.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning :)
Dull and dreary again, but dry.

It was a long day yesterday, so feeling a bit limp today.
About to have a shower, then going out shopping, am going to try and get the rest of the c-presents :)

Hope the drive doesn't test your nerves too much Jan :)

Have a good day all
x

Morning all,
Much milder here at the moment but very dark and grey.
Getting excited as Gt. Granddaughter is due to make her appearance
tomorrow or thereabouts.
Waiting in this morning for the boiler man to come as the time switch has
gone wrong and showing all different times.
M&S £10 meal deal again starting today so that is dinner sorted.
Going to get a Xmas tree today. Saw some yesterday at a little village
veg. shop. Only £5 or £10 and the money is going to a childrens` charity.
What a nice thing to do.

That sounds like a nice day Ally. Good luck with Grumpy's driving Jan! Enjoy the C shopping if possible Di.
MrsC is taking her dad shopping this morning and to an eye appointment this afternoon,, so I'll be stuck in the house for hours. BUT we are going out for a meal tonight, which should be nice.
Dull and grey here but quite mild. Have a good day everyone.

Morning all :)

Ally that sounds nice, hope you both enjoy your day :)

Jan definitely not a good idea to plant if you're having frost! They can wait ;) xxx

Di, no wonder you feel a bit limp, you had a real day of it! I hope the pressie shopping goes well ((x))

Lissie, how exciting! :) :)

Have a nice meal out Crommers :)

I really ought to stay in and do some housey stuff, but I feel restless today so will probably venture out for a mooch and a walk afterwards. I feel a bit antsy in the run up to Christmas this year, not sure why really. TBH I wish it was all over :o Bit miserable of me, I know  :? I'll be fine on the day, it's just the run up making me feel a bit anxious this time :o :? Maybe zumba tonight, not sure yet. I did go Monday anyway.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good morning all, it's grey and very windy here today.

I took Billy first thing and then did some shopping. I'll take him again before it gets dark - I don't mind walking in the dark first thing, I figure that all the weirdos are still in bed, but wouldn't feel safe later. Food shopping tonight so there's a list to be made.

Kaz, it's totally understandable xx I can't really get into it this year, Joe's operation is my main focus so I'm not at all organised. Usually by now the presents are all wrapped, the cards are written, the food shopping list is done and getting ticked off as I buy things; all I've got so far is a sachet of bread sauce! There are still presents to buy, I haven't bought cards yet let alone thought about writing and sending them.
