Hello

Sorry I've been AWOL...realised I hadn't been on VV since Sunday morning!

Needless to say I've been soooooo busy.

It's amazing we got back from the UK on Monday from a snow ridden Birmingham. 57 flights were cancelled...ours wasn't! We did spend 3 hours on the runway whilst they de-iced the plane. I was quite happy to be on board as it was lovely and warm and they were serving food and drinks. The airport was flipping freezing so it was a snuggly Ally on the plane.

We landed at 3 (instead of the original 10.30) got home and I had 2 loads of washing done and pegged out, showered and was at work for 6pm.

I worked yesterday morning as well as my usual 4 - 9 so was well ready for my bed last night.

We went to Miramar shopping mall this morning as Don wanted to buy a new suit for Friday. He got what he was looking for and I bought stuff I wasn't.

Everything's in place now for the funeral on Friday.

We're flying at tea time tomorrow and have a nice house booked to spend some time together.

I've got work 6 - 9 tonight and am meeting 2 friends for a few beers and a bite to eat which I'm really looking forward to.

To say it's been lovely being back in the warmth is an understatement!

I haven't got time (sorry) to read over the past few days posts so I'm hoping everyone is well.
