When Jose Felipe and Ana Christina brought up some pork and eggs the other day, I didn't realise it was 3 different cuts of the pig they'd killed the day before.

Tonight, we have costeletas, lombo and lombinho.

Which is basically, ribs, pork loin and tenderloin.

Smells divine

Just having the ribs as a starter- gert lush

Too much pork in one go for me, but you go ahead, make a pig of yourself.

Tinned salmon, coleslaw and a few other salady bits here.

Teeny bits WM.

3 ribs for himself, 2 for me.

And small amount of lombo

The flavour was just amazing
