As it's still holidays here till Saturday
we've decided to keep in with the groove and go out for a couple of beers and a bite to eat.

We had roast chicken yesterday so it's cold chicken today and I'm using the left over veggies to make bubble and squeak. We'll have peas and pickles too.

Scratch the soup.
I've got creative with the leftovers instead.
Tabbouleh with chopped olives and feta mixed in, pittas and houmus

left overs for me... made a small Spanish omelette with some of them; chicken and mushroom with madeira sauce with some others and then seafood pasta (made for lunch) with the rest. So got a good few meals sorted for work
A bit too much salt on the omelette unfortunately but once I get some salad to go with it I'm sure i'll be fine.
