Good morning all, still dark here but dry.

I'm taking Billy out in a minute as heavy rain is forecast for around 9 for a few hours. John's home as he starts his holidays today. I've told him to turn his phone off so that he can't take any calls from work like he usually does when on holiday.

Bb should be back to work today, but the paperwork hasn't arrived yet so he has to find out if he can carry on without it.

Have walked to get the paper.
Had an early night last night. Could not keep my eyes open.
Going shopping this morning. Should be going dancing this evening but the weather doesn't look very good so may not go.

Well it's back to work for Mick today, B has a week off work so is going to her dad's until Sunday. I'm walking into town, despite the rain, as I need the exercise, then up to see D for our regular Tuesday lunch of soup

Morning all.... well back to work for me; booooo I was expecting a nice quiet week and hopefully take Friday off, but now it seems my boss has decided to shorten his holiday and come in after all. That really made my morning - not! But I'll be leaving early on Thursday regardless; Nadine has booked 3pm tickets for us to see Mama Mia and I'm not missing that; my colleague will be back and she can cover and hopefully my Friday off will still go to plan, esp as I was meant to be on leave this week anyway but changed plans just in case I needed to go to Germany next week; which is looking very very unlikely.

It's really wet here now - all looking rather miserable out there and I think it's meant to be like this for most of the week. Perfect indoor day

It's piddling down with rain now, luckily E popped into town to pick up the prescriptions before it started.
