Think it's my fault because I moved the microwave the other day and iv just looked and it has a plastic pipe at the back of it with the flex and I know I pushed it back against the wall and iv just seen its knocked the off switch on the freezer plug to off because it's a under/counter freezer the actual plug is under the worktop iv switched it back on and it's running time will tell and it was full nothing I can use everything is soggy

If it’s still cold, meat can be refrozen. And a cook up and refreeze might fix a lot of other things? I accidentally left my freezer off for 4 days a couple of months ago. It’s a deep freeze, and everything was still cold and frozen at the bottom so left everything where it was. We have been happily eating out of it with no problems for the last 4 months.
