Weather looks fair dinkum.

Walking into town this morning to buy a couple of bits and bobs. Will pop into Tiede for a coffee.

Work 4 - 9 then meeting Don for a couple of beers and a bite to eat.

It's dark, but not raining.

Bb was up at stupid o'clock and left at 6.30, he has to be in Tunbridge Wells for a training day by 9.00.
Craft early this morning for me, will probably be late as I'll have to walk Minnie first, once it's properly light.

It's foggy here again and is forecast to stay that way all day. I'm just about to run around to the pharmacy to collect Joe's medication. Off to Stafford for a walk around this afternoon and there's food shopping to do today too.

I don't feel too good this morning - muscular pains all over, but hopefully they will wear off when I do a bit of walking.
Old age catching up with me, I suppose. I'm a great believer in the beneficial effects of walking, and I intend to carry
on doing so as long as I am able.

Hope you are all well. A special message for Frank, with the hope that he feels better soon.

Dull and dismal here too! Went back to zumba and pilates yesterday, so a bit stiff this morning, but that should pass. Heating playing up again, roll on Feb 5th!!! Out soon for a walk into town, then up to see D afterwards. It will be warm there

I now have the Encalho winter cold, so the pair of us are just going to hunker down and get on with it Will get outside as much as possible, to enjoy the fresh air and try and get rid of some of the weeds

Overcast here but ok. Off to Sainsbury's soon. I have a bit of toothache, which I could do without.

Once it got light could see we had thick fog. It's cleared but still dull and murky.
Made it to craft only five minutes late. Still knitting my cowl, it's slow going as I can't do much at a time.
Been to w/rose for posh bread, now got a yummy coffee.

Hope your aches and pains wear off Aggers, am feeling particularly achey myself today.
