Still waiting for the supposed rain but as I type the sky is blue and the sun is rising!

It's Día de Andalucía today...another excuse for the natives to go crazy.

There's parades in town from noon and a huge paella will be cooked in the plaza.

We'll wander out later for a look see.

Malaga are playing early evening which we'll watch in Jose's then pick up a Chinese takeaway.

Morning ally and everyone we've more snow but it looks crisp and a couple of inches it's J birthday and he can't get over like planned because of the snow just in case it gets heavy and it's country roads and the humber bridge safe travel to osc hope you have a good break take care everyone hope Jen is ok see she is in a/e with infection hope it gets sorted

Yes it's cold!!!

We did have one little snowstorm yesterday, but just seen there's lots to come tomorrow and Friday.

Shame J can't come Saundra but sensible decision.

Dentist for me today, not till 12, hopefully the car will have thawed by then.

Good morning all, we've not had anymore snow here overnight but what remains from yesterday is treacherous.

I've just worked out a bus route for Joe to get to work. Normally he walks (it's around three miles) but he said he'd rather get a bus today so I've been battling with the Arriva app for the last 30 minutes, it wasn't recognising anywhere apart from the town centre bus station for a while but we got there in the end (just have to hope that Joe gets there too )

The drive should be finished today. I might have to go and get a neighbour to move a car though, their daughter's boyfriend parks right by our drive so it might make it difficult for them to work around him and I'm sure he won't want his fancy new white Mercedes splashed with tar. Not looking forward to it if I need to as the daughter and boyfriend are a right stuck up pair who don't speak to mere mortals like us They're both students so it's not as if he'll be driving off to work; if his car appears then it's usually there for a couple of days.

Morning. It's below freezing here and snowing steadily. The roads in the village are treacherous according to our daughter wh got her husband (police trained advanced driver) to drive her to work today. I have a dentists appointment but I don't know if I'll be able to get there. Ho hum. I'll have to see how it goes over the next couple of hours. There certainly isn't much traffic about.

Well we just have a smattering of last evening's snow here, it's tomorrow when we are forecast the worst of it! Not sure I'll be going far though, as it's really cold and slippery. Not sure about zumba tonight either, will play it by ear. Plenty to do indoors anyway
