If the rain holds off we're planning on going into town today. I have a couple of bits to collect from M&S, plus we want some holiday brochures At least I can gaze at sunny pictures

Good morning all, it's dull and quite cold here.

I've walked Billy and the washing's out on the line. It's not supposed to rain today but I can feel it in the air Joe's just gone to work and John's out for his Sunday morning bike ride.

Just the two of us for dinner and then we'll call around to see my parents. It's my Dad's 85th birthday today. It's all birthdays at the moment!

Sunshine and clouds at the moment. Showers forecast, but I think we had most of them last night

Washing on and will be out as soon as I'm sure it's not going to rain.

Grumpy will be doing more work in the new bedroom, I'll be cleaning today.

Roast turkey crown for dinner I forgot I had it in the freezer and was trying to cram in the sausages and bacon in and came across it

I slightly overdid the vino collapso last night and am feeling a bit fragile.

A nice bright morning here but the breeze is a bit chilly. MrsC is off to daughters to take them a mountain of ironing she did for them yesterday.

There are only three of us for dinner and we bought a big piece of beef, so it looks as though stew will be on the menu for the coming week!

We enjoyed the dancing yesterday, it was a progressive day rather than beginners, so not easy, but I managed to grapevine when Aaron grabbed me for a foxtrot Aaron is a dance teacher from Bristol who was helping Jane teach and is one of the people helping to cover her Zumba classes while she's away

We are treating today as our normal Saturday, hence brunch in Corretto's, then up to D's to get those worktops finished
