Morning all :)

A rather misty and cooler start to the day, but once the mist goes I think it'll be another warm and muggy one. They've been predicting rain / thunder for most of the weekend but we've not had any here

More gardening pootling for me today - didn't get to the garden centre yesterday so will do that today

Have a lovely day and enjoy whatever it is you're up to x

Morning Ria and everyone

More sun than clouds, for a change.

Normal day here and we're off soon to Aljustrel, as I will be having another 24 hour heart monitor. Back for breakfast and depending on how warm it is, work outside.

Chicken something for dinner.

Have a lovely day everyone, hope the weather stays good for you xx

Morning :)
Lovely and sunny here :)

Today should be blood test, on bank holidays someone comes here, but no-one has phoned to confirm so I think I've been missed :?
Tried phoning the hospital yesterday, but nobody knew who I should speak to...will try at nine.

Other than that, some more gardening I think.
Hope you all enjoy the bank holiday
x

Hopefully you will get some joy Di. Saundra, same here dull and grey. Not cold though. Enjoy the garden Ria, that's where I'll be shortly. Good luck at the docs Jan.

Sergio our neighbour was knocking on our door at 7 am this morning. Our next door neighbour Kath had left her garage door open all night with the garage light on. She was so tired she just forgot about it. Her husband Gerald is not very well at all (in the high dependency ward at Pinderfields Hospital) and she is just shattered and stressed.

Daughter and baby are on the way. Her husband works shifts and was on nights last night so she's coming down here for a shower so as not to wake him.

Have a good day all.

Good morning all, it's misty and humid here.

Just walked 5 miles with Billy, and John joined us this morning. We have nothing planned for the rest of the day!

Di, I hope you can get an answer from the hospital xx

Have a good day all!

Morning all :)

Hope that gets sorted for you Di xx

Ria, our weather has been nothing like we were promised. It's been dull and wet on and off during the day, with glorious late evenings  :cute:

Jan, I hope the monitoring goes ok ((x))

Saundra, I squished an ant in our kitchen yesterday  We'll be looking for the nest later as I do NOT want a repeat of a few years back, when I had to empty out and bleach my entire kitchen after being overrun :?

That will be lovely Crommers, seeing your little granddaughter :D Your poor neighbour though :( xxx

We're going to an art exhibition later, Art in Nature, at a country house not too far from Gloucester. They had one last year, when it absolutely poured down - hopefully it won't this year as part of the exhibition is in marquees

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all :D

Lovely and sunny here 8-)

Hope you get an answer from the hospital Di xx

Good luck with the monitor Jan.

Yesterday was glorious and we even managed to get some work done in the garden. Well more E really, but I did get up the steps to the back bit and helped a little, the no bending thing is a bit limiting. Also managed a decent walk, but couldn't do my normal three, the ankle is really playing up, it's definitely hampering things at the moment, so frustrating.

Planning to do some more gardening today, doing it in small stages. Will mostly be sitting out there enjoying the sunshine.

Have a good day :D
