Meeting a couple of friends for coffee this morning, at a nursery/vineyard/farm shop. Sounds much bigger than it is!

Friday today which means lunch provided - Korean today; yum. Then home via Wicks to collect a whole lot of compost and top soil for the allotment - got a busy weekend planned

Good morning all, it's dull here and has rained overnight. Looks like there was quite a bit too as the paths on the common which were really dry and dusty yesterday now have large puddles on them.

Bill's had his walk, John's cycled into work and Joe's gone to college. Tom will be back at lunchtime to pick up his car before his shift. I'm just waiting for the washing machine to finish and then I'll hang the washing out to dry.

Oh well, lovely spot that it is, I'm not going after all.
Showering etc tired me out, I never know quite how Fridays will be until I start trying to get to grips with the day.
I have to be sensible, not safe to drive if I'm not with it, not just getting there but getting back.

Good morning, another lovely day here Gym this morning, and hairdresser this afternoon - thank goodness, the nasty grey roots are a bit obvious and my fringe is catching in my glasses, I get my fringe trimmed every three weeks but grows like mad. No dancing tonight.

Enjoyed our trip to Tesco yesterday, was nice to be doing something 'normal'. The store is absolutely massive so my muscles certainly knew about it when we got home

Not much planned for today, the usual walk and lots of exercises and that's it.
