This weather

is horrible :o  :? :cute: :cute: :cute:

Serpa, which is about 45 minutes drive away, has thunderstorms and rain, although it's 30C there.

We have heavy cloud and it's so sticky, we're all leaking. Still 31C. it's actually cooler outside than in, even though I'm very good at keeping shutters, windows shut.

And being a dafty bint, I'm cooking chicken presunto tonight, so that's the oven on, as well as the steamer

We could certainly do with some rain down here; apart from some very fine drizzle, we've had nothing for around three weeks now ….. :)

We've had the odd tiny shower, but overall weather certainly far better than Portugal :)

We had a really heavy shower on Saturday evening but we walked Billy shortly afterwards and you wouldn't have known.

It's all a bit mad everywhere really. My brother and SIL in SA are complaining how cold it already was for them back in April; their winter is only around now / August - September(ish). I was talking to someone at the allotment about how little rain we've had and the forecast for the next two weeks or so is for dry sunny weather. But not much longer - come August the schools break up and we'll be guaranteed rain, rain, rain and more rain
