Morning Sandra, morning everyone.

It is roasting hot already - so much so I was swimming just before 7am, the pool was in the shade and the water felt like it had just been poured from the hot tap. :o

In work at 9 for a couple of hours then meeting Don to do a spot of shopping, have lunch then back to work for 4 - 9.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning Saundra, Ally and everyone

Pleasant at the moment and only going to 33C later, which is comfortable ;)

Grumpy will be finishing the wall later, he couldn't yesterday, the cement was going off too quickly

I will make a decision about going to Ourique after breakfast, see how it all feels then.

If not, it's in the pool and flan making.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning :)
A bit dull, hope it clears like yesterday which turned out beautifully.

Packing for me today, once I've seen the local forecast. Then again, there are no weight limits ;) :D
Hope you all have a good day

Good morning all, it's dull and humid here today.

John's cycled into work today and Joe's popped into college, just to check that everything is finished off. Billy's had a long walk and after a coffee I'm going to tackle the ironing.

Have a good day all!

It's a nice morning here. Not much scheduled for today. I do need to go to the tip again though.

Have a good one everybody.

Morning all, a beautiful sunny start to the day here and now its all clouded over again. Warm and muggy though

Big important meeting all day here today so everyone is on best behaviour; it does make me giggle. Thankfully neither my colleague Hanna nor I are involved besides making sure everyone turns up on time so we just sit on the sideline and watch everyone fluster :D

Carissa (my niece from SA) will be coming back from Andover this afternoon so we're heading to Karl and Nadine for dinner. Carissa arrived Saturday evening and then headed off Sunday morning to meet up with friends there; she's back today and then will be with me until Sunday when she flies back home to SA. She's just qualified as a Doctor in Chirocpractic (in SA it's a full 7 year medical degree) and is looking to move to Europe to work; and seems Ireland is where she'll settle as she doesn't have to do another cross-training exam. After 7 years she's done with learning and wants a bit of a break. She'll probably move over to the UK at some point which will involve an exam but for now she's very happy to be looking at Ireland as an option.

Have a lovely day all xxx

Morning all!

Wow Ally, that's hot!

Saundra, that does sound really peaceful, and lovely 8-) I like living opposite a field, much nicer than looking out at other houses :)

Bung it all in Di, we can get all four seasons in one day at the seaside here  :D

Glad your summer has finally arrived Jan! 8-)

Jo, Harry has to go in until his last essay has been marked! He can't wait to be finished!

Morning Crommers! A tip run is Mick's idea of a fun day :P

Ria, wow well done her! Going to Ireland first sounds a sensible way of getting into Europe without more exams. Good luck to her 8-) :D Enjoy the people watching ;)

We had an early start here as Mick had an early dental appointment in Cheltenham. I've already got a wash finished ready to go out, and am soon going out myself - to town first, then to see D to get all the latest news on little Poppy :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast here

We're off to the cinema this afternoon, seeing Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. We've enjoyed all the films in the franchise so far, don't expect this to be an exception. Z and the boys saw it at the weekend and really loved it. Expect we'll pop into M&S afterwards.

Have a good day :D

Went into Ourique, but not seeing doc until the week-end. The good news is that as our old one - very unpleasant bloke - has retired, we now have a new one. Lady doc who speaks English :Hi: :Hi:

Got my anti bloat tablets, so hopefully will start feeling better soon.

A lovely breeze keeping us cool 8-) 8-)

Grumpy on final lap for the wall, will need to go to the wood yard tomorrow, for the ceiling :D
