Hi everyone
Tried to post this morning but lost it and then had to go out, wanted to say hello and update you all - kaz has posted a recent pic of my boy on photo board, he will be 6 months next week!!
So cant remember when i last posted, the house move didn’t go ahead, the other party pulled out last minute- it was a blessing in disguise as i didnt want to move to an upstairs only but was doing it for the kids to have their own room. I wasn’t happy at the time as id packed up my whole house but its done now!
I had applied to go back to uni for a year through work - career progression but didn’t get a place - again a blessing, would be mighty difficult to get away to pump milk etc and study when George doesnt sleep all night!
Im back to work in 4 weeks and actually looking forward to it, my team are great and supportive which means i can continue to breastfeed/pump milk.
George is booked into a Childminder’s who is lovely and Amy goes into 2nd year of high school.
Summer hols just now, we went to the Scottish Deer Centre a few days ago which was good fun and doing a boat trip tomorrow.
Amy finally accepted she may benefit from counselling after Manchester so we had initial appt last week and now told it could be a 44 week wait!!!! The Manchester Resilience Hub are on board and pushing for something quicker and may access funds to help with this.
I hope you are all well and sorry iv not been around much!
