Pork and clams
Marinated pork loin chunks, with tomato puree, bay leaves, pimento doce, garlic , white wine and onion. Marinate for at least 24 hours - I did 48
Pan fry in lard - porco preto - reduce the sauce, chuck in the clams.
Muito bom.
