Good morning.

Hovering around 30 degrees but that red hot heat has eased off which is nice. :D

Going for a walk shortly, back for a swim then chilling out. I want to upload my Swiss pics to facebook - I went to do it yesterday but struggled which ones to choose as I took so many! I'll try again today.

Watching the second episode of Masterchef....loved the first one. :D :D

Have a great day everyone and continuing sending Saundra vibes. X

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Grey  And cooler here today and tomorrow, then hotting up again

Continued vibes for Saundra x Has anyone heard anything?

As it's cooler, I'd like Grumpy to dig a hole in the garden  A big and deep hole   No, not for him, although there are times………………….

Jacquie gave us a small shoot, a few months ago and I've watered, fed and talked to it and now it's time to go in the garden. Going to be a tree, no idea what it's called, but there is another one coming, but that's too small yet.

Ironing can be done today too and I'll look at how much dust there is and probably leave that until tomorrow ;)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Ally, I'm looking forward to seeing more photos of your trip 8-)

I hope the little tree "takes" Jan :) Lovely!

I hope you and your neighbour enjoy craft Di :)

I haven't heard any further news about Saundra, I will message J as I am a bit worried :(

Very long and busy couple of days for us, it's my uncle's funeral tomorrow - it's on the Northampton/Bedfordshire borders, in the morning, so my cousin R who lives near Bedford has offered to put us up tonight. Mick has too much on at work to take more than one day off, so he's going to try to finish early tonight, then we have a drive of several hours to get there. I think it's a burial, but am not sure, there is definitely church service. Hoping to get away by early to mid afternoon, and then pop in to see my sister in Luton on the way back, as she's been off work with a nasty chest infection. Back here by bedtime! Becky is working, so will be here tonight for the dogs.

I will have my phone with me of course, and will try to pop in :)

Have a good day everyone xxxx

Di, hope the neighbour enjoys craft x
Kaz, safe drive later and hope tomorrow goes as well as these things can x Enjoy seeing your sister

Usual / usual for me. Will go home and give the filters of the fish tank another clean and then put in some plants I bought for it yesterday. It's been rather neglected most of this year so it needed a good overhaul. Then GBBO tonight!!!! yipppeeeeeee :Hi:

Continued vibes for Saundra

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all :D

Dull and grey here today.

Hope Saundra is on the mend, bit worried we haven't heard any more news.

Safe journey this evening Kaz.

Our holiday balance is due by the end of the week so we'll be off into town to sort that later. Also want fruit, veggies and a few other bits. Might pop over to the smaller Tesco afterwards. We only have the boys overnight tomorrow, but will still need extra food.

Hope you all have a good day :D

There's an update on Saundra on the other thread ;)

Good morning all, it's been a busy (and tiring) bank holiday weekend.
Sunday we went to Birmingham with Tom and Shannon and got thoroughly soaked. Yesterday, on two hours sleep (I'll post why on the random thread) we - me, John, Tom and Billy - went to Lichfield Food Festival. John had a wild boar burger whilst me and Tom had the ostrich ones. We then went to the micro pub by John's office, it's a lovely little place. Very welcoming and they love dogs so Billy just wandered around in there and was given fusses and treats by the landlady

Back to normal today, the washing's drying, Tom's gone out although he's working from 5pm until 2am-ish and Joe's in bed recovering from his combination over the weekend of work and going out (random thread  ).

Crommers, I hope everything's ok with the family xx

Kaz, have a safe journey and I hope that everything goes as well as it can xx

Have a good day all xx

Afternoon all. It is overcast here, and cooler. I've been fiddling around all morning trying to print something, the printer seems to be having what my mother would have called a "conniption". I am going to the theatre with my sister this evening and printed off those tickets no problem. Then I was trying to print off a ticket receipt with box office collection for a gig my sister is going to in a few weeks - we were going together but then someone booked a cruise  Eventually it printed from my phone rather than the ipad  It kept telling me that the printer needed paper - it didn't  Mr Osc is pottering around in the attic, and I'm going to finish the ironing before I go out later on.
