Nice hot heat again.

Just a swim today as I have a longish run planned for tomorrow.

Walking into town later as I ran past a shop yesterday and saw something in a shop window that stopped me in my tracks....a lovely pair of wedges. I need to buy them.

Friday beers and tapas tonight; really looking forward to a catch up with everyone.

We're heading for three days of rather hot heat Yesterday was lovely though

All work will be done this morning, Grumpy is painting, I'll be ironing. He'll then carry on staining he inside doors, it will be too hot to paint later.

Swim thus afternoon and salad - again - for dinner.

This week has flown by, what with the BH, and going away for the funeral, can't believe it's Friday already. Might be going shopping later, but D is expecting my nephew, his OH Nikki and little Poppy to call in just before lunchtime, on their way back to Dorset from visiting Nikki's family. I'm going up anyway, for a cuddle with Poppy Bit stiff this morning, after the first Pilates in a few weeks, but that will soon walk off

Good morning all, lovely bright day here and I have washing out already. Gym this morning, then I am at the hairdresser this afternoon for cut and colour. Dancing this evening. I also hope that no news of Saundra is good news

Lovely having the boys, but they do get up very early, nice to be able to have a long lie in this morning.
