Morning Ally, morning everyone

Cloudy at the moment, but supposed to be sunny and warm later. We'll see ;)

Going down to the bar soon, to get supplies. Bread, bread rolls, wine and some of the lovely crisp things that are around this time of year. I love them, very moreish 8-)

Back for bit of a clean round as <Alan and Nina will be here sometime today. Staying tonight and then off on their travels tomorrow. They've sold the flat in Fuzeta so don't have a base here any more.

Favas for dinner and no doubt, a lot of wine

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Well they sound like a couple of very nice days, especially the last bits!

Morning Ally and Jan. Cloudless sky here, it is frosty and cold.

Off to Sainsbury's soon. At some point we will visit Eliza and that's about all. I must remember to get some bird seed, they are going through it like there is no tomorrow.

Have a good day all.

Morning all :)

Ally, Jan, it's frosty here so I envy you your Iberian warmth  It is sunny here though, which is better than rain ;)

Morning Crommers :)

Going supermarket shopping with D this morning, as per on a Friday, then home to whizz round with the vacuum and steamer, and clear the few little bits of ironing. I was shattered last night, after the gym first thing, then Pilates last night, but am still in one piece this morning ;)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good morning everybody,

It rained in the night. The sun is out with a few fluffy clouds.
Have been to Tesco for petrol and some shopping. Now just pottering.
Son is coming up tomorow by train. He has work up here so he is coming early so he can see us. He lives in Kent.
Have a good day everybody.

Good morning, it's a beautiful crisp sunny morning here. Mr Osc has just gone to play golf. I am filling out his application for household benefits (a little compensation for being 70 ;) ) and I will post it off on my way to the gym. I've also ordered Michael's birthday present from Argos which requires home delivery and won't arrive until the day after his birthday, but that will be fine - it's a 3/4 size table tennis table, which will be kept here and which I suspect will be well used by all the family  Ironing this afternoon, no dancing tonight as our host/teacher has been ill and is still recuperating.

Good morning all, we've got a sunny and frosty one too. It was really beautiful first thing with the frost on the gorse and grass on the common.

Bill's had his walk and he'll have another one early in the afternoon. Then tonight we can shut the blinds and turn the TV up. Last night I brought the coffee table up from the downstairs living room as he'd lay under that while we were down there earlier in the evening so he made himself a little safe den to hide from the fireworks in up here while we watched TV, I'll do that again for him later.

Both lads are in work later.

Saundra, you're very organised! I've made a list of who to buy for and have a few ideas but nothing's been bought yet.

Kaz, you've got the same cleaning jobs to do as me today!

Have a good day all!

Good Morning--a lovely bright start to the day but cold.
Did`nt sleep well as I have a pain in my shoulder and it hurt
when I moved. I think I am wearing out but at 84 I suppose I
must expect it!!!!
I think I have lost my "get up and go" as everything seems too much
bother even posting on FB etc. It doesn't help that the family don`t seem
to bother contacting us to see if we are ok. Getting old is no fun.
