Vocal Voices

I don't know why, but Vocal Voices website seemed to be impossible to access earlier today, but I'm hoping I'm getting through now.

It's been quite a pleasant morning here, and I've made a visit to my Doctor to have an anti-arthritis injection in my left wrist.
The one I had in my right wrist a fortnight ago was very most helpful, and I'm hoping my hands will now both be back to normal.

There were major problems with Heart Internet, our hosts, but hopefully it's all sorted now

been a iffy sort of day, started out beeeoooootiful, so put some washing out - then it hammered down. As only Portugal can do. Grumpy got soaked - I was making tea and showing off the new bedroom

Stayed in, very windy and showery, hoping for a better day tomorrow.
