Dinner tonight

Chicken breasts - humungeous :shock: - the Portuguese prefer the smaller one's, so the foreigners get the bigger one's - on a bed on leeks. The chicken is slashed and we have crushed garlic, parsley and oil rubbed in. Baked in the oven, then creme fraiche, cornflour and water poured over it.

Steamed broccoli and broad beans - both from the garden. :Hi:

Tagliatelli underneath and the lot put on top.

I had terrible trouble thinking of the English words :oops:

sound delicious.... but curious about that last step; how does that come out or is it just to make a thicker sauce?
