Good morning Thursday

Postby Ally » 15 Nov 2018, 05:55

Good morning.

A few very welcome showers forecast for today but still lovely and warm. Our gardens will appreciate it.

#bonkers day 2.

Resident chef will have dinner ready for me when I get home. It's an Italian theme tonight. :D

Have a good day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Misty in the valleys, but another very pleasant and warm day forecast. We managed 24C yesterday

Domestic goddess day for me. Lots of soup making, chilli too and washing. Grumpy is going to sort out the outside sensor light, as it comes on as and when it feels like it  during the day too

If I can, I'll get up onto the bank and remove the estevas from there. There is also a clump down by the gate that needs removing. it's common land, so no need really, but we have to drive past it, and we have to look at it.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning! We’ve got another clear and sunny one and a mild day is forecast.

I’m currently standing in the woods while Bill runs around chasing a scent. There’s housework to be done today and food shopping later.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all :)

Jo, we have a lovely sunny and clear morning here too :) The Victorian Christmas Market starts today, in the Docks, and D wants to go. She wasn't well enough last year, so we're going down there early, hopefully to get parked in the multi-storey so we won't have to walk that far!

The ice rink is there again, so it should all look lovely, and I'm hoping to pick up the in laws' presents - they need to be ready by the end of November as that will be the last time we see them before Christmas.

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Kaz, we have that 'problem' with family members who we don't see close to Christmas too. Enjoy the market, glad that D's up to going this year.

Morning all, it's dull here with rain forecast later. Children today so I had better get stuff done before I collect Kellie at 12.00.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

Wasn't a lazy day yesterday after all, the weather was so nice we got out in the garden, planted the bulbs and had a good tidy up.

Enjoy the Victorian Christmas market Kaz. I've been busy trying to sort Christmas pressies too, we'll be off on holibobs next week, not back until 8 December and don't fancy a last minute rush. The shops are bound to be getting manic by then and online deliveries can be a bit hit and miss too.

Up earlier than usual this morning as I was booked in for a Diabetic eye test this morning, sods law the phone call to cancel came through after I was out of bed  They put eye drops in which means no driving for a couple of hours after so we'd planned to postpone the weekly shop until tomorrow. Means we're back to normal so will be off to M&S then Tesco later.

Hope you all have a good day :D

looking forward to a quiet evening in tonight as the weekend is going to be super busy

Hope you all have fun with the bits and bobs you're up to and Kaz glad that D is feeling up to the market - hope you find something perfect for the in-laws

No new appointment, the lady who phoned said a new date will be sent by post. I've told her we'll be away from 22 Nov-8 Dec so I'm guessing it's not likely to be much before the New Year. Still not heard from DEREK the diabetes course either
