Pah! So much for yesterday's showers...it was warm and sunny all day with the same forecast for today.

Don and I are going for a walk along the coast this morning then back to get ready and Jacob (who stopped over last night) is taking us out for lunch.

Homework club 4.30 - 6.30 then Friday beer and tapas.

Wet and miserable here

Up extra early as I've got a check up with my hip consultant Mr Syed this morning. Think it's supposed to be the last one, but as I'm still having physio not sure. Afterwards we want to pop into town for a few bits so hoping the weather clears a bit. The forecast says cloudy, nothing about rain!!

Weeding for me this morning. This is the last day for quite a while that is going to be dry, according to accuweather , so would like to get that done.

Friday = lunch day here; Thai - I'm not complaining. Then food shopping after work; I've got friends coming round for lunch on Sunday so need to figure out what to make and get the ingredients in - at the moment I think it's beef stew done in the oven vs slow cooker; but not sure yet. No time for shopping tomorrow as I'm out and about all day.

Good morning all, it is a pleasant day here, windy but still quite mild. I just spoke to my brother as today was moving day for him (details on Family board) but he actually slept in his new home last night and is delighted with himself, even if he had to drink wine from a mug and eat lasagne with a teaspoon One of his daughters is helping with the final packing up and moving.

I'm going to the gym this morning, then this afternoon it's off to the hairdresser for my regular cut and colour, I always enjoy having my hair done.

Weeded down the drive, and down the other one too. Then the bank and have moved logs due to the incoming rain.

Hot and sweaty, although it's clouded over now, we did hit 22C earlier

Heading for the shower then out we go.

Ria I got them some lovely Welsh cheeses and preserves, and will get some wine for them as well. Foodie pressies this year I might look for some posh chox too
