Morning Monday

Morning all  :)

What a lovely day we had.  The Maleon is a great place for a stroll, lots to see.  The best way to describe it is it's very much like the South Bank, but by the ocean, oh and very Mexican, if that makes sense

Went to the French restaurant to celebrate E's birthday, yummy.  They made a huge fuss of him, 5 of the waiters came over to serenade him, they had great voices, but he was sooo embarrassed, wicked me couldn't stop giggling  Altogether a very successful day.

Planning a quiet day on the beach, will try to catch up later.

Good morning everyone.

Another day well into the 20's temp wise. 8-)

Off shortly with Don to drive to la playa and walk right along the coast. :)

Back to finish writing my reports then sit smugly.

Work 6 - 9.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning all.

It's raining here, but I'm not going out anywhere.

Good afternoon all.

It's flippin' horrible here. Me and Billy were soaked this morning. I checked both the BBC and Met Office apps before leaving and no rain was forecast until after 9am and even then they both said light showers...it started hammering it down at 6.30am :( and lasted for a good hour, it's not really stopped for long all morning since then.

Next door appear to be having a new kitchen fitted and the fitter has been using a power tool just about constantly since 8.30 (it's now coming up for 1pm).

John's just gone to pick up Tom and Shannon from Stansted. Flying from there saved them a bit of money apparently. What they didn't factor in is the fact it's taking both of their Dads around 8 hours of driving to drop them off and pick them up. Shannon's Dad drove them down last Wednesday and John's just left to pick them up. From here it looks to be three hours away but he's then got to drive up to Derbyshire to drop Shannon off and then it's an hour home from there.

Have a good day all!

Afternoon all, it's a nice day here, sunny but cold. I've been to the gym this morning, also sorted some books to give to a friend, and went to the butchers to order the turkey. Mr Osc has a hand therapy appointment this afternoon, we will go a bit early as I want to go to a shop that is on the way. I don't really like late afternoon appointments as we get caught up in rush hour traffic coming home, but the alternative was 8.30am so that was a definite no-no!

Delighted you are having such a lovely holiday, Jen, you really needed it. Saundra, I keep putting off the duvet wrestling, my least favourite job :(
