Yet another frost we've had to cover a lot more plants, even one of the fruit trees, they are not happy But it gets really hot later in the day

Off to buy Grumpy some wood to play with this morning. He's going to make the door surround for the new cupboard in the utility room. That will keep him happy, playing with wood

I'll give the weeding another hour this afternoon.

Morning all. No frost here, still a bit cold though. MrsC to her dad's shortly, I'm off out for a mooch about and to buy a few bits.

MrsC daughter and baby are meeting up with some cousins this afternoon for coffee and cake, I've been volunteered to prep the evening meal.

Good morning, it's a lovely bright day here, cold but there doesn't seem to have been frost. Gym this morning and a few things to do before I go. Tonight, myself, Miss Osc and my sister are going to a production of The Great Gatsby, which is performed in the format of a party in the Gatsby mansion - the theatre seats are taken out with just a small amount of table and bar stool type seating, plus a cocktail bar and there will be dancing Most people dress up, I have my outfit all prepared and my Charleston moves ready to go. Really looking forward to it. You are not allowed to take photos during the performance but you can afterwards so no doubt there will be one on FB

Another sunny but cold day here.

Enjoy The Great Gatsby tonight Osc, sounds fun.

Podiatry appointment number two at 1.30 today. Not sure how helpful it will be, I couldn't wear the insoles the private chap gave me, they were excruciatingly painful. Oh well we'll see...…..

Grumpy a happy chap now

Got his various chop saws out, playing with wood and a tape measure

I've watered some of the plants and it's very hot in the sun, from about 10.30 until 4.30. Not for much longer though, getting a lot cooler during the day at the week-end.

No weeding for me today, we're going down to the bar for a couple of beers, haven't been down all week and need to check the post.
