so today I created this. Our new Head Office in Kansas City has one in their kitchen and I figured if good enough for them, then good enough for here

Can you believe it actually worked - the dishes that had been left on the side were packed into the dishwasher. But I've taken the sign down for now - a colleague has just lost her mom and is coming back from compassionate leave tomorrow so another colleague pointed out that timing may not be best on my part (100% agree and sign speedily removed)
